On The Night
Once your ticket sales have closed, you will receive a PDF door list sent to your promoter email address. You can use this as a reference or back up incase technology fails.
At this time log into your Ticket Monitor and your event will now have moved into your archive section with new links to process the door. Look for “Scan” and “Check In“, details below. If you have more names to add to the door list, or competition winners enter this now under the “Guest List” area.

Offline Event Management

- Offline Mode – Pre-load all the tickets onto your computer for scanning offline – see here for details
- Pre-loaded computer that you can scan in arrivals (we need at least 3 working days to set this up)
